Basically fine but won't sail Edge class ship again

An illness on board meant we had to skip the Dawes Glacier. Cruise from the hell. Multiple last minute itinerary changes effecting our excursions reservations. Very poor customer service not friendly staff. Due to Celebrity changes we only visited 2 islands and lost an opportunity to complete scheduled excursions. This review covers the good and bad because as a professor at a university who teaches a Cruise Line Management/Marketing Class and having been on more than 75 cruises this is only fair. Another great Cruise from Celebrity . We did a back to Back Cruise from Sydney Australia .This Wine Cruise was the second leg for 9 nights Stayed in Cabin on Deck 11 ( Aqua Class ) which was an Infinity Balcony .
