Creamy Espresso Martini

A classic espresso martini excludes the Baileys and uses a touch of simple syrup instead. However, including the Irish cream liqueur is next level for an extra creamy flavor. This is definitely a new favorite at our home.

This martini is usually served AFTER dinner – for dessert. But there are no rules so sip it when you wish! I recommend pairing it with a slice of our Heart Shaped Chocolate Cake!

Why we LOVE this Delicious co*cktail:

  • ESPRESSO FLAVOR – This co*cktail shines with flavors of the coffee, which we love.
  • FOR IRISH CREAM LOVERS – The creamy Baileys is SO delicious, as always.
  • MAKES AN ELEGANT co*ckTAIL – Date night here we come!

  • Espresso – I recommend using fresh espresso from an espresso machine (linked below). For best results, avoid using instant espresso powder for these.
  • Vodka – Use a regular vodka.
  • Kahlua Coffee Liqueur – Another key ingredient to enhance the rich coffee flavor.
  • Baileys – You can use different variations of Baileys Irish cream.
