These are scam artists putting some spit and polish on broken down cars, doing just enough repair to get it sold and then not helping the customer beyond clearing the codes and sending you on your way. Test drive the vehicle to the manufacturer's dealership and have it inspected or just avoid this place.

The vehicle I bought had some problems. I did a thorough inspection and found some issues. They fixed the ones I mentioned to them. Buyer beware and have the vehicle inspected. When I got home I fixed the problems that I saw. I’m willing to repair the car and work on it myself.

I need my refund

I’m just trying to see how I can get my money back from these people. I put a 1,000 down and the car broke down the next day. They told me my car had extended warranty that everything was being taken care of. Well no it was not covered by their warranty. Mind you it was head gaskets. They said if I paid 2,000 they would pay the rest. I’m a mom of five boys and that was all the money I had to get this car. When I asked about getting my money back they told me no the bank already paid for the car and to call credit acceptance and which I did and they said the dealer had to give me back my money! So I’m writing to get my refund! I never even got to drive the car they had it that whole month! I’ve been calling lawyers this is ridiculous

I purchase a vehicle cash, and it broke down 2 hours later, called the dealership and they said drive the vehicle to their mechanic! How was I going to drive it, if it broke down??? OK need a used car dealership enforcement to prevent customers getting ripped off!

Deceptive Advertising & Poor Customer Service

Description of vehicles states, "all vehicles over 150K miles includes a warranty." Salesperson told me that is not true. Advertising states in house financing payments only go to $400- also a lie. Honest review of a brief experience.

Just called to ask about a vehicle. I'm a tech so I so I wanted to ask a couple questions about the vehicle. They were very helpful. We test drove 5 cars before deciding the right pick for my daughter. She loves the car. The finance process was a breeze, and we received the title to the car in about 3 weeks. If we are ever in need of another used car, this will be the place we come to first.

A Super Friendly Customer Focused Staff
